Great location and cozy atmosphere
I had a fantastic time at this guesthouse. The proximity to major sights like the Vatican and the Castel San Angelo made it super convenient for sightseeing, and I loved the quirky music-themed rooms. The bed was incredibly comfortable, perfect for my December stay, and the communal kitchen had everything I needed for light cooking. be prepared for a bit of street noise if your room overlooks the road.

A stay with a charming vibe
The location was great for exploring, just a short walk to main attractions. The hosts were incredibly accommodating and responsive to our inquiries, ensuring a smooth experience.
The heating system was unsatisfactory. Despite assurances, we struggled with cold temperatures, and cleanliness was a concern with dusty furniture and limited towel changes.

the air conditioning was mysteriously broken upon arrival, not fixed until I practically begged. also, the cleanliness left much to be desired, moldy shower walls, really! I almost left a good review, but they didn't even offer a complimentary bottle of water for the inconvenience, seriously, how hard is it to show some appreciation?

Walking distance within 20 minutes from many of Rome’s attractions.
Our experience was marred by several unfortunate issues. The shower had mould, and I struggled with varying water temperatures. Adding to our discomfort, the room was cold with no heating control available, and the air conditioning was merely decorative. Our concerns were met with a dismissive attitude from the staff, which was deeply frustrating.

The proximity to the Flaminio metro station was a major plus, making it a breeze to dart around the city. I loved the quirky decor and the communal kitchen had everything I needed for quick meals after a day of wandering.
The air conditioning in my room was on the fritz, and I had to wait until Monday for a fix, which was less than ideal. The shower was cramped, and the cleanliness left something to be desired, with a few moldy spots here and there. Plus, Wi-Fi was a bit unreliable. I struggled to get consistent reception in my room.
